Phone purchased from ebay has problem in side buttons

I have brought phone yu unique from ebay on 4-11 . On 18-11 it started problem with side buttons goes to service twice said its pressed inside nd they repair it in 15 mins. Again sane problem they said it goes to company nd repair in 10 days on 7-12 . Till now i have not received it.
