Dear Sir,
Thanks for you purchased cello product , but we say to sorry This is not our cello product , please confirm with FlipKart ,we are also informed the same to flipkart team .
Our company also taken the action against flipkart for selling (duplicate)these type of products .
So please contact Flipkart Team .

You customer service executive is still of the opinion that cello product sold by you is genuine but qintra enterprise is not original manufacture of cello.

It gives me great pain to write this mail that your company is selling
duplicate products under the label of Cello and innocent customers like me
are falling prey to it . I am not sure how you would resolve but this is a
very serious issue and now at least me have lost faith in your company at
least for the electronics and electrical products.
I had bought Cello hand blender from your company vide your invoice number
F05QGMH16-192 dtd 12.8.2015 .The product was under warranty for one year.
Since the blender stopped functioning on 19.7.16 I had raised the complaint
to Flipkart who informed that the warranty given by Flipkart is only for 15
days and hence I need to call the manufacturer. Since the product was from
cello I was informed that this kind of product is not from Cello and hence
it is a duplicate company and using the brand Cello. I had faith in your
company and now have lost all faith .
You are requested to immediately replace the duplicate product and provide
with the original product to keep my faith and also retain your customer
I hope as a CMD of the company you would certainly be concerned about the
above serious issue.
