Defective sale of mini pump

Purchased mini pump Crompton made as per bill no.4315 dated 22.7.2022 from M/s. Salig Ram Jiwan Lal of Patiala and made the payment in cash.
The mini pump was on a sealed cover and delivered to me by the distributor .
I took it with me travelled around 7 Km to reach house.
The machine was opened in the presence of Plumber and the same was installed properly.
When the electric connection was given , it moved and it tripped off the lights with MC was down.
The process was repeated from other electric point the mini pump showed the same symptoms.
Tried 3 to 4 times ,but the result was the same.
Electrician also called , repeated the process it did not worked.
I am facing lot of difficulty in the absence of water in house . When mattar taken up through mails , they declined to replace the product, so risen the issue to approach your office .
