application of HP denied to replace part even though laptop is covered in Warranty

I bought a HP laptop on 18/08/2014 from Ezone with basic warranty of 1yr & additional 2yrs care pack warranty for which i paid extra 2500rs. on 23rd July 2016 2 out of 3 USB ports of my Laptops stopped working together while in use. I logged a complaint with Hp (Case ID # 4775540336) for this. HP sent a technician to check the same & after checking Technician refused to replace part stating this is physical damage & would not be covered in warranty. I argued with HP technician that laptop did not suffer any physical damage by us rather both USB ports were in plugged in status when they stopped working together. I tried to escalate this matter with HP via various channels however HP is not ready to pay any heed to my complaints & rather has gone ahead & closed the case without providing any resolution or confirmation. I want HP to be fined for providing delayed service & not fulfilling their warranty claims.
