Dear Sir/Mam, I have booked stay at BRG Budget stay @ Statue of Unity Kavediya-Vadodara in the month of Feb'20 for stay in the month of Apr'20 but due to COVID scenario we couldn't manage to visit the place so in this case entire refund need to be done by Hotel but hotel management denying and asking some penalty(20-25%) deduction from refund.
