Worst Service Center - False Number/ No communication

Dear Sir/ Madame,
This is with regard to pathetic service being provided by one of your service center in Pimpri (Vision Tech).
I had bought Karbonn Titanium Octane plus mobile somewhere in July'14 online. One fine day, when I was in official tour for a week the mobile battery got down and it was not charging again. Due to emergency, I gave mobile to a local repair shop and got the job done.
After a week, the problem persisted. I then went to authorised service center in Pimpri on 6th December 2014. Told them, I had repaired my mobile from unauthorised technician and I want to do paid repairing from your side. Also, this being my office phone I told them to please do it on priority if possible. Then on 8th December 2014, I got a call from them, stating that it would cost 2350/- for the repair and take 7-10 days for which I nodded my approval.
After a week, I tried calling them regarding the status for which I came to know that the number given to me was invalid (9860904815/ 9860905615). Then finally I went to their center after 10 days, when I was told that it would take another 20 days for the repair. I told them it's ok that it is taking time but atleast you should pick up your phone or contacted me regarding the delay. They then gave me another number (9822263208) and assured that they will pick up my phone.
However to my utmost annoy they still are not picking up my phone. It is very frustrating to keep going to office late if I have to enquire about the status.
It has been more than a month and I still do not know the status of my office phone. This is indeed very frustrating that even though I had told the truth and asked for paid repair still no communication is there from their end. Also, still do not know if I went to the center that they will say another 15/20/30 days or any other day as they may.
Please look into this and advise me the status and when will I get my phone back. My details are:
