I got my elite i20 asta petrol delivered on 12th sep from their showroom. met with an accident on 7th nov gave the vehicle for service on the same day. they told they had to change the front door, alloy wheel, paint the bonnet and rear door. this work took 1 month for them but still the work is incomplete. I dont know why they want to keep the vehicle with them if they cant do it. I doubt they use it for personal use. I had to go personally and see the vehicle to know the real status because whatever they say over phone is lie. Have never thought a company could give such a worst service.
