Very Poor & Pathetic Services

Hi All,

Kindly request you to take necessary steps on Ujala Gas Service, Behrampura as they are providing very poor service to customers.

We have booked our refill on 20th March via phone booking. We hadn't received refill till yesterday. We approached Center yesterday and surprised to know that their person has already taken receipt on 23rd March but still we have not received it because he was on leaves.

Today morning when our refill get finished, we took empty refill at their dispatch center, but till 10 am no one was there while other ageny workers were there like Vihar, Utkarsh.

Then we went to their center at 10 am and asked them to provide us refill right now, then sent their worker to site and provide us refill.

The thing is we hassle a lot and our time wasted a lot.

I took leave in office and it will cost me 1000 inr.

I want resolution on priority basis.
