Dear Sir,

We have purchase Karbonn Mobile Titanium S3 on 3 rd August 2014 from Mobile Store in Dombivali Invoice in favour of Bhakti Joyser.

Unfortunately Mobile was not working up to quality as touch screen was not working we have contacted local mobile store from where we have purchase on 20 August 2014 and they have diverted us Sun Enterprise Your service station in Dombivali East.

We have visited four time to service centre and no satisfactory answer received as when we will get mobile back.

All time different days required message was given by them.

Is it right way of treating your customer.

I am trying call to your number 011-46604660 but they are disconnecting line.

I need new handset from company in next 3 days time or else we would launch legal complaint against company.
