The earphone duct is not working.

I bought this lenovo A7000 previous Saturday from the online store 'flipkart'.It was working totally fine until today morning : when I plugged the earphone in the duct it was not working properly so I thought may be the problem was with the headphones but when i tried it on another mobile,it worked absolutely fine.
So that gave me the idea that its the earphone duct which is dfecetive and not the headphones.
