I Mr. A.M. Rajendran had withdrawn a sum of Rs. 10,000/- on 26/11/2014 from Axis Bank ATM in Mira Bhayandar Road, Pleasant Park from my debit card no. 5085 1210 3100 6944. However this amount was not disbursed from the ATM Machine for which he had raised a concern with the Mira Bhayandar Road Branch. I did all the necessary application procedure for getting the amount reversed and get credited to my account no. SB/720. However till date the concern is not been resolved and he had to regularly visit the branch to have a regular follow up of the reversal of the amount to the saving bank Account – SB/720. The Manager is been saying that the letter has been sent to HO who looks after such matters and this is the repetitive answer given by the Manager on our frequent visit. However there is no updated or further proceeding carried by him.
Further to bring to your notice, The Branch Manager had informed me that for getting reversal of this amount we have make some more payments to authorities who will go forward and do the proceedings. This is an irrelevant answer to the concern that has been raised with you.
Since this has been more than two months, I had to take a further step and go ahead posting you to this mail.
Request you to kindly treat this is on urgent basis and make reversal on urgent basis.
Since we had been a loyal customer with your bank, this type of replies wouldn’t help us in resolving our complaint.
