Dear Sir,

I have purchased Reliance Pro3 Data Dongler from the office Reliance Telecommunication situated opposite Karnataka Bank, Vishwa Bhavana, Mangalore. At the time of purchasing, the sale representative told that the maximum downloading speed of said dongler is 14.7 MBPS (Mega Bite Per Second). Same was also written on the Data Card Box also. Hence, I purchased the said dongler considering the maximum speed of 14.7 MBPS. After installation of said Dongler to my laptop and activation, it was found that the maximum speed is below 2 MBPS. I called the said sales representative and did everything what he said to increase the speed. But speed did not increased. Finally I called Reliance Customer care and after several days of telecommunication they (customer care perconnel) told that model dongler does not gives more than 2 MBPS speed. This means total cheating of customers by giving wrong information/specification of the products. Hence, called the sales representative to take back the product and refund the money which I paid. But he is refusing to take back the product.

Hence, I request you to take severe action against the Company in this regard.
