Regarding RTI in BA 3rd year Revaluatio?n Result

I want to state that I got my revaluation result yesterday. I am not satisfied by the result yet.
therefore, i want to put RTI to see my answer sheet.I want to know that if there are less marks than I really deserve OR any question is unchecked than what will be the procedure so that I can inform university to increase my marks.
I talked to MS Dr. Manju Sikhwal Assistant Registrar, RTI regarding this topic, she gave me a little information and for more information, she told me to talk to the controller of Examination. but he is nor receiving my call
