Regarding faulty (fake) product received from book my offer

I ordered book my offer for SAMSUNG EVO 64GB CLASS 10 memory card against ref. 080467734629242 dated 27.07.16 at 9:40AM The item price was Rs.399 + shiping charges Rs.149 + COD charges Rs. 50 which I have paid.As I receive the product on 06.08.16 evening through courier, I found that product is completely fake(faulty)immediately I tried to call customer care but it didn't work so I go for mail. As I mail to customer care and they replied me to wait for 48 hrs after that many time I tried to call customer care it is also fake it never works. Also the mail is still same condition. On the found Product there is no such address to return.
