problem regarding to the mobile battery is not working properly

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in reference to the above I wish to inform you that I have purchased the mobile of Samsung Galaxy S Duos I7562 from Shopclues through online shopping in end of august 2014. In my mobile there is a problem in my battery i.e. my battery is not working properly since last feb., 2015. My battery back up after full charge battery shows is only for two hours whenever I have just use it for my net services for personal use not for calling purpose.

So it is my humble request to you to please resolve my problem regarding battery exchange related for this help me out as earliest as you can.
