I purchased a Karbonn K40 mobile from snapdeal through online payment.
After inserting the sims in the phone, the sim card is not able to receive the network.
Sometimes very low signal is received in one sim but soon it goes off. No signal is shown in the screen.
Please guide me can you repair the problem.
