I own one Samsung Galaxy Grand GT 19082,which I bought a year back. During this time I have already got its power button replaced 3 times with false assurance of its correct working thereafter at the company's Puri Centre.But to no avail.I have grown a very strong suspicion of the quality of the spares available at the Centre.Does Samsung supply such low quality items with scant regard to the customers'needs and satisfaction?
