hi, I already showed my mobile(samsung galaxy a500) to customer service at Saturday(14/03/2015). they said to inspect every module in mobile ,it will take 3 days time ,,, but I bought that mobile 12th feb 2015.. It's not at all fair ,the new mobile get repaired.. if it not repaired well, please replace with new mobile with the same color(gold)...
