i have booked 4 tickets from chennai central to tirupati for 17/05/2015 ( train no.16053). i booked the tickets on 14/05/2015 through online reservation. the tickets were not yet confirmed but the ticket fare has been deducted form my account. what is the prrocedure to get refund the amount. i also have my taransaction id.
