Vide order No.100427012 dated 14.04.2015 an exclusive pink emboridered designer straight suit Sku No.MWHAT41737968050 Qty 1 for Rs 3499.-00 Shipping Charges Rs 100.00 Grand Total Rs3599.00 paid by debit card vide Transaction#100588759 on the date of booking towards full and final payment with the folloing Billing and Shipping Information:-

The said consignment was shipped by the seller by dtdc courier services with Tracking No. A31417330 which upon tracking showed the summary result as AWB/Ref. No. A31417330 Status RTO_INTR Date Time Nil Location LUCKNOW and when the said consignment did not reached at the shipping address it was once again located on dtdc online tracking services on 05.05.2014 where it was revealed that the said consignment AWB/Ref. No. A31417330 Status RETURN TO ORIGIN Notify Me Date Time Wed, Apr,29,2015 12.00A.M. Location SURAT. No information was either given on mentioned telephone numbers of either billing address or shipping address nor in any other manner. The said suit was order because it was to worn in the marriage of cousin scheduled for 27th April, 2015, but all on account of non delivery of the same the occasion lost the taste resulting into mental agony and pains.
Kindly look into the matter urgently and arrange for the reshipment of the above consignment immediately and ensure courier that the delivery be carried out positively this time at the shipping information address, all free of cost for any shipment charges as we are not at fault.
An early and immediate action is highly anticipated.
