No responce of executive even after several reminders

Dear Sir,

I am deepti Bargurjar, working with Hindustan Zinc Limited, SKM.
My Gas Connection Customer ID is - 7472. I have called many times to Gas Agency Land line No & on mobile also but still my problem not resolved. Since last one month my regulator is leaking & I have informed the same to your executives but thay have not taken any action. They given me time to be reach hostel but no one came to check the same. Then i called but they didn't pick my call.

This is realy very frustrating.

Please help me out in this regards
