After spending lot of time waiting for my turn at Samsung service center- marathahalli , I showed my Galaxy Tab2 and they said they need to open it and check and will call back. After repeated follow-up , they called me after 3 days and mentioned that they need to replace either LCD or a internal IC. I don't understand the logic either this or that. As LCD display got no issues , i asked them to replace IC as its costing less (Rs.3500). Its 7 days passed , every day i call them and they say the spare part yet to arrive and will update you today. Days are passing but nothing is happening. This is kind of service is not expected from one of the leading brands like Samsung. Bit of professionalism expected.
