Hi Sir,

My name is Mohammed Firasath with customer account number 1114646820,

I have taken the internet connection on 25th August 2015, and paid the
amount of 6850/- as agreed with sales person of tikona that 6 month
superscription amount without installation charges if connection taken
for 6 months, I have used the inter for 1 month the monthly rental
would be 1000/- + take as agreed, 1 month was good on 28 September I
was not able to connect to internet then the problem stated from that
day till 7th of October I did not get internet only 1 day that is on 7
October I got internet and again from next day I was facing the
similar issue that even my login page was not getting connected, I
have called several times the issue was not fixed then finally I got
frustrated and asked for disconnection, even the disconnection at is
also done very late that time I got transferred to Hyderabad, now I am
not moving to hyderabad and decided to continue the tikona internet
services. Surprisingly tikona executive told that I have only 1330 Rs
left out in my account, this is not acceptable at all I have used only
internet 1 month 4 days so amount should be deducted 1150 and 5700 Rs
should reflect in my account

I have to get the refund the 5700, they are talking rudely
