MONEY WITHDRAW THROUGH AXIS BANK ATM WITHOUT MY PERMESION

Dear Sir,

I am sorry to inform you that i am very troubling due to the mentally and physically harassment by Axis bank ltd, Noida.

Concern is that, I have done one transaction of Rs. 3500/- from Axis bank ATM Pratap vihar Sector - 12, Ghaziabad. But after few minutes i have received an other SMS for deduction of Rs. 18000/- from my account. But this transaction did not done by me.

Date of Transaction - 22/11/15.

Regarding the same concern i have complain and Intimated to Axis bank limited immediately and complain is raised by him with coplaint NO: 1511-033511.

The problem is that

1.They are not solving my problems.
2.They are providing me any satisfactory replay.
3. they are not clearly providing any information that how to Rs.18000/- deducted from my account.
4. They are not responding may mail.
5. They are not making any waver / refund.

Sir, I am a salary based employee and not having more time to visit the bank but for the same concern i am every day bank asking me to visit the bank. I have inform me that i am not in situation that i visit to bank and faced this financial loos. but bank is making me harassed and fool. They every day making a new excuse and not refunding my money.

Please help me for refund the amount.
