Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you that my name is kk singh and i am old customer in your Samsung. I was buy a brand new mobile Samsung core 2 on 12/02/2015 my charger was not worked properly so than I was reached in your customer care centre sector-3 noida but in reception your customer care executive Ms. Aasha misbehave with me and not replace my charger. I am shocked from Ms.Aasha behaviour. Can you help me for this issue and replace my charger?
