I HAVE GIVEN MY A76(BLUE) MOBILE PHONE TO MOBILE FIELD AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER MANGALORE KARNATAKA ON 23-12-2014.COMPLAINT WAS MENTIONED IN JOB SHEET THEY SUGGESTED ME THAT MOTHER BOARD WILL REPLACED AS ITS ALREADY GIVEN FOR SERVICE.& AFTER 20 DAYS I CALLED THERE LAND LINE NO BODY PICK THE CALL 10TIME I CALLED 2 TIME THEY PICK AND SAYING IT WILL TAKING 10 MORE DAY & IT WILL BE SENDING FOR REPLACEMENT TO BANGALORE AND WILL BE BACK IN WEEKS TIMES.BUT ITS BEEN ALREADY 1 MONTH.AND THEY GIVING MSG IF WE GOT U R MOBILE WE SEND MSG U R CELL NUMBER. DAYS AND NO NEWS ABOUT IT I CALLED THEM TO LAND LINE 10 TIME LADY IS SAYING ITS NOT YET DONE.2 DAYS OFFICE CLOSED I WENT SERVICE CENTER AND AND THEY TOLD NEED OTHER 10 DAYS,WHICH IS NOT YET ALL GOOD SIGN,10FEB I WENT SERVICE CENTER AGAIN AND THEY ASKING WHATS THE COMPLAINT U R CELL PHONE. I SHOW THE JOB SHEET AND THEY TOLD ME WITHIN 10 DAYS IT WILL BE READY I TOLD HIM GIVE MY CELL BACK THEY TOLD ITS ALLREADY OUT OF STATE CANT GIVE BACK.AFTER10 DAYS I CALLED THERE OFFICE AND THEY ASKING JOBSHEET NUMBER THEN THEY REPLIED I WILL CHECK AND CALL U BACK. NO ONE CALL ME NEXT DAY I CALLED SAME REASON AND GIVEN HIS BOSS NUMBER HE IS NOT PICK THE CALL.
i given cell phone 23-12-2014 no at done.25-02-2015 he give the reply first time he called and replied me he need 25 more days to change the mother board of cell so he need 25 more days.i think he is lieing
