Harrasment caused in regards of exchange claim

Dear Team,


I am waiting for my exchange claim from last 1 year. Everytime when I call at your office I get revert that it will be take 1 month. Last month also same thing happened. They told me that i will get exchange claim on 15 th oct 2014 but when I call they told me that cheque will be ready by 15 th Nov 2014 . Now when i again contact them they told me payment is not credited to dealer's account yet so you confirm it after 15 th dec 2014. This is purely harrasment caused by your company. Every month same thing happened. From last 1 year I am hearing same thing that i will get cheque on 15 th of next month. But that month has not come yet. Give me clarification regarding releasing of my claim.
