    We purchased Hitachi 1.2 ton ac few days back . Demo wasn't shown immediately and after 3 days service boy said there is no gas in ac as it maybe old stock . But store guy said it's stock clearance sale . We want refund asap.

    On 12 dec 2023 I purchased butterfly brand food processor in girias showroom located in ponmeni kalavasal madurai. I went to buy the Preethi brand but the store staff convinced me to buy butterfly brand. But once I payed the amount they said they did not have the fresh piece and will give us the demo piece but I was not convinced so told me to come the next day. I went the other day the staff showed me that was the fresh piece but I can't believe it I asked her to show the demo display piece she told me we don't have the demo piece we have kept it seperately becoz it was damaged piece . She made me believed and convinced me somehow and took the product after 2 days technician came home and opened the product and said that the food processor screws were removed before itself he asked whether we checked it or not while buying he only showed me the food processor working. But one day later we used the smallest jar among other the blade was blunt and even the onion was not blended properly I called the store and told about it but they told us to wait untill they discuss but we did not get proper clarification from them. Pls reply me as soon as u see. Iam ready to pay more amount pls give me the Preethi brand itself and I am ready to believe that it's a fresh piece. Or else send the technician to my home I'll show them how it works.

    I'm visiting the girias Anna nagar branch purchase high speed fan They told me its price is 4680 but the price of that fan only ₹ 3,400 and they cheated us of ₹ 1200 so when I asked them they didn't give me any answer.
    I have ordered high speed fan but I got very slow running fan because of which when I asked he called me no answer I immediately went to that shop when I asked through this he didn't give me any proper answer if you want same value buy other products from us that He said that the goods were not available, When I asked why they left us this product without the goods, they did not give any answer ,They are asking for the return of the check and they are refusing to give it. They have been harassing me for the past one week saying they will refund the item and I am very upset and am asking them to return my check. If not I hereby seek court against you kindly look into this
