Delay in Delivery of parcel by DTDC Courier

via DTDC courier bearing tracking no.P34408060 on 01-12-15 but uptill now it has not  been reached at the above mentioned address. I have lodged complaint to DTDC bearing case id 01235556 but there is no resolution from DTDC till this date. I have called DTDC many times but there is not satisfactory answer from concerned executives.So I request you to kindly help me  in the matter as soon as possible.


The parcel contains clothing to be returned to the ZIVAME company which were purchased online. Untill the product reaches to the company they will not refund my product amount and courier charges. So if product not reaches to the company or back to me there will be loss of Rs.1500/- to me.
