Reliance GSM - Unfair balance deduction

Yesterday i did a recharge of Rs.100 on my number +917666556367 , where i got a balance of Rs.81.75
And today morning when i checked my balance it was Rs.26.97.
I have not activated any scheme nor my balance was deducted due to data, as my internet balance is still more then 900mb.
I wajt a refund for the balance which was deducted unfairly.
I did not expect such fraudulent balance deduction from such a prestigious company.
