I have visited Reliance smart and I have buy a product BIO NUTRIENTS PURE DET TOFU and quantity was 1kg . Date 23/09/2022 . And after that I have opened that packet to cook and very bad smell was going from the product .And than I have rise a complaint online twice to the customer care. ( Complaint ID 4098088 Date 24/09/2022 . 41133505 . Date 04/10/2022 ) The customer care executive info visit the to Reliance smart to get the refund than I visited Reliance smart to get my refund but they Deny and very rude with me . Than a manager have issued New Bill of that product, and on that time product is available in the store but same issue was there. So manger told us we will be inform you when the product available in the store. But they haven't call yet. I want response as soon as possible.
