WiBridge instrument is net locked complaint against Reliance Infocomm

Wi-bridge instrument supplied by reliance is net locked i.e. cannot be used with any other operator. I have paid all reliance bills and as RCOM services stopped, they should voluntarily unlock the phone. I am hoping reliance inform looks into this and help me unlock my phone.
