Dear sir,
till now i was using 9631378274 for booking of gas and was not my personel number but now i m having my own number 9162027830. please change my registered number and punch it 9162027830. my consumer number is 16373, lpg id is 10000000042567446. my address is dandibag main road, gaya823001. i have submitted my form no 1 to bank pnb chandauti and form no 2 to your dealer point. i have mentioned the same no. in form 1 & 2.
