Dear Sir
I have brought titanium s25 klick from Reliance Xpress Mini in 01/01.2015. I have got a board problem in it, so i gave the mobile in tambaram service center in 12/02/2015. They replaced a new one on 01/04/2015. But the replace one also have board problem it did not shut on. So i gave it back to the service center. Today i asked D.O.T certificate for the mobile. They told that they will give D.O.T certificate only for mobile from 7 days of purchase. So can you please arrange D.O.T certificate for me sir.
