I travelled by EY206 from Abu dhabi to Mumbai recently. I started from Stuttgart on 1st of May-15.After reaching Mumbai airport on 2nd May-15 early morning at 3 a.m. , was rigorously searching for baggage for 1 hour.I came to know after an hour that too after reaching to Etihad's counter that baggage was transferred to another flight at Abu dhabi without informing us. Ridiculous !!! I mean these guys do not even take that customer should at least be informed. Now after 24 hrs I've not received my baggage yet.& when called these ppl r rudely answering or disconnecting my calls. Offffsssss! Feeling helpless!
