Hi,
I am using a galaxy S4 i9500. I had my LED reapired on the 7Th of March 2015 which cost me Rs7500. Recently i faced a problem that suddenly my phone went blank. The display was working but my screen went blank. I went to the galary to repair my fone as i had 3months of warrenty. Buh the staff denied and pushed it to physical damage saying that the border had dents and said that i would have to pay again the amount of Rs7500. But since i was preety much sure it was not due to physical damage i asked Ms chitra to send a mail to the head. She gave me the assurity that she will do it and email me back. Its 1week since then i havent received any mail. Moreover i cross checked it from out and in front of me they repaired my phone without changing the border. Which clearly means the phone was not off due to that.
After insisting the staff so much telling them it is not due to physical damage and to ask the head After visiting the galary number of times i had no response added to ut the staff was also rude and were not ready to accemt the complain. This is not what a customer expects from the service. Highly dissappointed with such a reputed brand.
