We bought EliteI20 Asta Diesel in the name of Ramya in Kun Hyundai pondicherry . We never had such a terrible disappointing car delivery ceremony in any other firms such as Maruthi Toyata Ford when we bought cars. Kun Hyundai just did for the sake of giving key , I saw the showroom manager was sitting inside but he didnt give a turn towards us to handover the car but we knew well he was simply sitting there in his room. That awkward feeling of asking for a camera to representative by ourselves and then he called someone inside the showroom and the comment he passed over the call and he came after five minutes were bloody experience what we faced in Kun pondicherry. It all happened coz we wrote customer feedback which we felt should be changed in a pamphlet given by them . Thank god the keys were not given by some security atleast we got that minimum level of privilege to get it from Representative
