Not Provide wheel chair for handicapped person - Reg

Sir,

I am a physically handicapped person at the age of 63 years. Today (25.10.23)I was booked Cinema tickets through book my show at LEPL Patamata, vijayawada 4.00 PM show. My seat nos. are CL 2,3,4. As per Central Government guide lines theatres are Provide Wheel chair for handicapped persons. But they are not provide wheel chair but the entrance time the staff are helped to me. After cinema is end they are not helped to me and also the lift was also not available nearer to exit , without lift I was walking three floors with staircases , no staff was guide me. This is most inconvenience caused yo me. And also in wash rooms use polish tiles/Granite not used anti skid tiles even though foot mats are also not available.

It is requested to kindly do the needful and the above disadvantages may please be brought to the notice to management
