Videocon d2h disconnected my account 2 months earlier due date

My videocon d2h customer id is 531600. I have subscribed for videocon d2h service on 06 july 2017 for 12+1 months i.e.13 months. Videocon d2h is giving offer that pay for 12 months and get 1 month subscription free. But they disconnected my account on 25 may 2018, and when on 26 may 2018 i complained on the customer care they told to resolve my complaint till 12.08 pm of 29 may 2018, but till now my problem is not resolved. After that when i called d customer care they said that a channel named top5 was activated on 18 july 2017 for which a charge of ₹ 60 per month is deducted from your balance and hence your account is disconnected due to insufficient balance.

First thing is i have not activated any channel other than my regular plan.
And secondly when i have subscribed for a plan of 13 months how can they deduct any amount from my balance, for such a channel which i have not activated at all. Its a clear cheating.
