Monile number Porting problem, have tried to port my bsnl no from BSNL to Jio

I have tried to port my bsnl no from BSNL to Jio, but BSNL has rejected my application twice that too without informing me the reason of rejection.
When I called to BSNL customer care, I was not treated well. Please look into the matter. My BSNL No is 9308417915.
