BSNL network and customer care failure to provide internet

I have recharged BSNL mobile 9494888981 on 06/04/19. and I am unable to use internet after that. I lodged a complaint on BSNL website and there is no response. The customer care numbers are also so useless and they never answer any calls. Its been almost a month and no action has been taken.
