This is mrityunjay kashaudhan , I want to inform you that I was the user of bsnl telephone and broadband connection , but the problem was coming at that time where I want to surfing net or want to call somewhere it will never response , I complaint many times at bsnl exchange office Siddharthnagar Uttar Pradesh , but they will not provide me technical support and when I was going there not any single staff there . Finally I was decide that I don't want this connection cause i am unable to use its benefits , and they will also not come to resolve my problem but today they send me a penalty notice (due ammount of 3247) . How fare this is ? I am still not using this connection and not they came to fix my problem how they send me notice and why I will pay ..
