They subscribed any service on my mobile number without my permission and blaim me.I call customer care they denied for complaint registered after many call a senior registered complaint after 24 hours closed my complaint docket.I ask again may complaint close without any solution.BSNL harass me and say we don't refund your amount this service is made by you.I have already DND service. Customer Care service is very bad and cut the call without complaint lodge. So, please refund my deducted balance.30 rs. On 5-10-18 and 35 rs.on 25-10-18 .And my complaint no.2J 05403209 and 2J 25430353
