सर बिहार के बेगूसराय जिले के डाक बंगला रोड स्थित बीएसएनएल का टॉवर हमेशा बंद रहता है बिजली नही रहने पे जिसे हम लोगो को बहुत परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है अब सभी को अपने पढ़ाई के लिया ऑनलाइन कलास करना है और बीएसएनएल का नेटवर्क बंद रहता है पढ़ाई बंद और किसे से बात भी नही हो पाती है। मैं ने बीएसएनएल को ट्विटर के माध्यम से कितने बार @BSNL_CORPARET @BSNL_BIHAR @CMD_BSNL और नेशनल कंज्यूमर हेल्पलाइन पर भी शिकायत क्या है लेकिन कोई नही सुन रहा है। आप हमारी मदद करे।
