ഞാൻ ANU AIR TRAVELS, UDIYANKULANGARA ഇൽനിന്നും 12 MARCH 2020 തിരുവന്തപുരത് നിന്നും കുവൈറ്റ്‌ പോകാൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്തു.3 MARCH 2020 TICKET CANCEL ചെയ്യാൻ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു.ടിക്കറ്റ് വില ₹ 15,000.റഫണ്ട് ചെയ്ത കാശ് എനിക്ക് ഇതുവരെ തന്നില്ലിട്ടില്ല. എനിക്ക് ₹15,000 നിന്ന് എത്ര രൂപ തിരിച്ചു കിട്ടും. ആദ്യം ടിക്കറ്റ് CANCEL ചെയ്ത സമയത്ത് ₹11,750 രൂപ തിരിച്ചു കിട്ടുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടപ്പോൾ ₹ 7,650 രൂപ മാത്രമേ തിരിച്ചു കിട്ടുമെന്ന് പറയുന്നുള്ളു. അതും ഇതുവരെ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. അതിനാൽ ഈ അപേക്ഷക്കുള്ള നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കണമെന്ന് താഴ്മയായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
