I booked houseboat in Alleppy, kerala, through booking.com. I called for confirmation to property owner,he is denying for booking .He is requesting me to cancle this booking.Booking i.d.is 2028033547,&pin is7925.
I talked on customer care no.0008000016075,they ate confirming this booking.but when owner is refusing,then it will be a big problem for us , when we will reach there.
You are requested to please resolve this problem asap.
