UBI saving account Amount deducted twice from saving account

Sir/madam,
With due respect, i would like to inform you that my UBI saving account bearing a/c no. 0651010301947 of singjamei branch(0651) has been deducted rs.10,000.,today(24th january)at 19:45:45hrs.
My balance was rs. 1814.56 at 19.33.18hrs. After being transfered rs.20,000 from my mother UBI Saving account via phone pe apps at 19:38:53hrs my balance was raised to rs. 21814.56; after few minutes i send rs. 10,000 to laimujam pragyananda singh,an account holder of Bank of baroda a/c no. 23630100015805 at 19:45:44 hrs via BHIM APPS. But the problem is, my balance got deducted twice for this one transaction. Please help me out sire. And will be glad enough if bring and amicable solution for this problem and solve it asap.
