Sir, on the 13th May 2017 my debit card was stolen and all my bank balance was stolen. I have registered a compliant with the vakola police station and blocked my card as well. Even though I requested the bank on the very same day I received no cctv footage of the atm from where my money was stolen. The bm and dbm Shraddha Nair and Jignesh have not been helpful at all. I really need help. Please review my case and get back to me.
