Hello
I have opened a new account in ICICI bank in December 2016. They said there is no transaction fees and there is no limit to keep minimum balance. Then they said there is no joining fee and no fee for Debit cards. Even i said ok for the normal cards, they have sent me Photo debit card and charged amount of about 800 for both joining fees and for this photo debit card which was not communicated earlier. Kindly credit my amount which has been deducted.
