I lodge 2 complaints as on 30 Nov 2019. Both are still pending. In the end of year 2019 the service was going to worst then i swithed off my mob. As per advice of airtel customer service representative i bought and changed the different diffrent mobile hand set, got new sim, i tried each and everything on my own level. Airtel shown on there website before october 2019 a new towe site purposed in your area. I didnt pay my rent because lack of service but compney charged penalty rather than resolve the problem. Now from last 15 days aprrox i am not able to make any call.they again lodge 3rd complaint which is still pending. I asked to airtel what will give u me as compensation for lossing my service. They told me we don't have this kind of advisory. We just charged penelty fron you which you have to pay.
